Great article about jiffy mix (nabbed from Katie Easts Facebook.) My mom made jiffy mix all the time on weekends growing up. It’s yummy and uniquely textured. 2 years ago when I was uber broke and making tough decisions at the bodega I saw some jiffy mix (which was SO cheap) and I brought it home and made it and put a pat of butter on it and didn’t feel as poor.
